The Concierge Experience is designed to provide guided support, coordination, and a streamlined process to help you select and move forward with services. This experience focuses on planning, organization, and preparation prior to service delivery.
Concierge Scope
The concierge experience includes guidance, coordination, and support based on your selected package. This may include reviewing options, assisting with details, and preparing next steps.
This experience does not include the cost of any services selected.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required for both:

The Coordination & Processing Fee
All payments must be completed prior to submitting the form and confirming your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Until payment is completed, appointment times are not guaranteed.
Service Costs
All standard service rates (childcare, household support, events, partnerships, or other services) are separate from the concierge experience and will be shared and confirmed prior to service.
Scheduling & Availability
Availability is based on current scheduling and service needs. Expedited timelines may require additional coordination and are subject to availability.
Changes & Cancellations
Concierge experience fees are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or completed.
Any changes to scheduled appointments must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
