We thoughtfully place children together based on neighborhood, school, age, and developmental stage, creating small, nurturing groups led by a dedicated caregiver. You don’t manage schedules, payments, or logistics. We do it all!
Each pod is intentionally capped at 2–5 children, depending on age, ensuring personalized attention, safety, and continuity of care. Pods are available for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, including families seeking special-needs-inclusive support. Families may join an existing pod or request that we arrange one on their behalf.
Childcare Pods can also be used for backup care, school pick-up and drop-off, or schedule gaps when consistent coverage matters most. This model offers dependable routines, meaningful peer connection, and reliable support—at a more accessible rate than private one-to-one care.
